Shipping Policy
At VibeSol, we work to process and ship orders quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times and delivery options. Orders are fulfilled from authorized distributor warehouses within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically begin processing the same day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight/size.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer reliable shipping options to the contiguous United States.
Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days):
Delivered via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
Priority handling and faster transit times.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has physically left the distribution center. Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (3–7 business days).
Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled from different distribution centers. This means you may receive multiple packages for a single order. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as many of our shipments require courier delivery (UPS/FedEx). Please provide a physical address.
Lithium Batteries: Products containing lithium batteries are subject to ground-shipping regulations and cannot be expedited.
Freight Forwarding: Orders shipping to freight forwarding services may be subject to cancellation due to security and fraud prevention policies.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking to update in their system. High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped, we will assist customers with tracking and carrier claims whenever possible.
Porch Piracy: Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We recommend having packages shipped to a secure location.
If your package appears lost in transit (no scan for 7+ days), please contact us immediately so we can file a tracer with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
